Thursday May 6	Depart the US for your overnight international flight to Italy.
Friday May 7	Rome Upon arrival in Rome you will be met by your English-speaking tour escort who will remain with you throughout your trip in Italy. Transfer to your hotel in Rome. Check in, relax, and begin exploring the Eternal City. This evening you will meet the group for a Welcome Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight Rome – Una Hotel Roma or similar. D
Saturday May 8	Rome The day begins with breakfast at your hotel. Following breakfast you will be met by a Professional English-speaking guide who will take you on a guided tour of St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Following your tour enjoy an evening at leisure. Overnight Rome. B
Sunday May 9	Rome Te day begins with breakfast at your hotel. Following breakfast you will be met by a Professional English-speaking guide who will take you on a panoramic tour of Rome. Overnight Rome. B
Monday May 10	Rome / Orvieto / Florence Following breakfast this morning you will board your private motor coach and depart for Florence. Stop in Orvieto en route for lunch on your own. Check into your hotel and enjoy an afternoon at leisure. This evening you will meet the group for a dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight Florence – Hotel Adriatico or similar. B, D
Tuesday May 11	Florence The day begins with breakfast at your hotel. Following breakfast you will depart for a half-day city tour of Florence, accompanied by an English-speaking guide. Evening at leisure. Overnight Florence. B
Wednesday May 12	Florence / Lucca / Florence The day begins with breakfast at your hotel. Today enjoy an escorted excursion to Lucca. Overnight Florence. B
Thursday May 13	Florence / Bologna / Venice Mainland Following breakfast at your hotel this morning, board your motor coach and depart for the Veneto region. Stop in Bologna en route for lunch on your own. Check into your hotel on the Venice Mainland, and enjoy an evening at leisure. Overnight Venice Mainland – Hotel Crowne Plaza Venice East or similar. B
Friday May 14	Venice Mainland / Venice Island / Venice Mainland Following breakfast this morning at your hotel, depart for a full day excursion to the island of Venice. Your motor coach will take you to Piazzale Roma where you will have a water transfer to the heart of Venice—St. Mark's Square. In the square you will be met by an English-speaking guide who will take you on a tour of this fascinating city. Following your tour you will have an entire afternoon at leisure to shop and to explore the city on your own. This evening meet the group for a Farewell dinner on the Island before heading back to your hotel on the Venice Mainland. Overnight Venice Mainland or similar. B, D
Saturday May 15	Venice Mainland / Verona / Milan Following breakfast at your hotel this morning you will transfer to Milan. Stop in Verona en route for lunch on your own. Before checking into your hotel near the Malpensa airport, you will be dropped off in the historical city center. Here you will meet an English-speaking guide who will accompany you on a city tour. Enjoy some time at leisure for dinner before transfer to your hotel near the airport. Overnight near Malpensa – Hotel Novotel Malpensa or similar. B
Sunday May 16	Milan / USA Following breakfast at your hotel, depart for the Milan Malpensa airport where you will catch your return flight to the US. B Arrivederci!

PAYMENT INFORMATION
This Wheelchair Accessible Tour of Italy is operated by NAUTILUS TOURS & CRUISES, LTD. of Woodland Hills, CA and EIS -European Incoming Service of Boston, MA
Payment for the tour may be made by check or money order or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
If payment is made by check or money order, it should be made out as follows: NAUTILUS TOURS & CRUISES, LTD - TRUST ACCOUNT. The price for the tour, land only, is $3995.00 per person, based on double occupancy. (Single supplement is $600.00) A $500.00 deposit, per person, is due within seven (7) days of booking to hold your place on the tour. Final payment must be in our office by Monday, February 22, 2010 after which the tour is completely NON-REFUNDABLE. (Insurance is STRONGLY recommended and will be explained below)
If payment is made by credit card, it will appear on your credit card statement as a charge by EIS -European Incoming Services. To pay by credit card, a Merchant Fee of 4% is added to the price of the tour, and the price would be $4154.00 per person, based on double occupancy. (Single supplement is $624.00) A deposit of $520.00, per person, is due within seven (7) days of booking to hold your place on the tour. Final payment must be in our office by Monday, February 22, 2010 after which the tour is completely NON-REFUNDABLE. (Insurance is STRONGLY recommended and will be explained below).

NAUTILUS TOURS & CRUISES, LTD. and EIS -European Incoming Services very strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance as once final payment is made, the tour is completely NON-REFUNDABLE, and special arrangements have been made with ACCESS AMERICA INSURANCE COMPANY as this tour does have special conditions for its operation.
In order for pre-existing conditions to be covered, insurance much be purchased within 14 days of initial payment (in this case, the deposit). An ACCESS AMERICA application will be sent to you as soon as deposit has been made or earlier if requested.
We must have sixteen (16) paying participants to operate this tour.
If on February 23, 2010 we do not have sixteen (16) paying participants, we would cancel the tour and refund all monies paid.
Ordinarily, an insurance premium is NOT refundable. However, we have made special arrangements with ACCESS AMERICA. If NAUTILUS TOURS & CRUISES, LTD. has to cancel because we do not have sixteen paying participants, your insurance premium WILL be refunded to you as long as the insurance was taken out with ACCESS AMERICA and no claim has been filed against it.
Also, with a credit card payment, a CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION form is required and will be provided. It must be completely filled out and returned to NAUTILUS TOURS & CRUISES, LTD before the charge can be made on the credit card.
